How To Order
サーフボードオーダーの流れをご紹介します。
個々のレベルに合わせてサーフィンを分析し、お客様と一緒にサーフボードを作り上げます。
1. Meeting to decide the details of boards.
サーフボードの詳細決め
If you’re able to come to EVOLVE, you can actually touch the boards in our showroom. If you’re unable to come to EVOLVE, we’ll have a meeting over the phone, E-mail, or LINE.
*We’ll give you an estimate when we are meeting.
EVOLVE社に来られる方はショールーム、遠方の方にはお電話やメール・LINEでのお打ち合わせになります。サーフボードに直接触れていただき、サーフィンの方向性や目標を伺います。
※お打ち合わせの際にお見積もりも致します。
2. Optional service
オーダー時オプションサービス
If you want, shaper Maeda’ll see how you surf to make you a suitable board. Or you tape yourself when you surf and send it to us.
ご希望のお客様にはオーダー時にサーフィンを見てからのオーダーも出来ます。遠方のお客様にはご自身でサーフィンを撮影していただき、動画を送って頂きアドバイスを致します。
3. Meeting
デザイン等の打ち合わせ
We also offer you original design for your board. Designer Yucchi will make a rough sketch based on your image.
ご希望の方にはオリジナルのデザインの打ち合わせも致します。お客様の希望するイメージを元に、簡単なラフスケッチをおこしイメージを合わせていきます。
4. Production Process-1 <SHAPE>
製造-1 ＜シェイプ＞
Shaper Hiroyuki Maeda makes an ideal shape of surfboard for you.
シェイパー前田によるシェイプ作業です。
お客様の希望に沿ったサーフボードの形状がここで作られます。
5. Production Process-2 <DESIGN>
製造-2 ＜デザイン＞
Your surfboard will be applied the design you want by designer Yucchi.
デザインをオーダーの方には様々な手法でデザインが入ります。
お客様のイメージしたデザインをデザイナーYucchiが作り上げます。
6. Production Process-3 <Coating~Finishing>
製造-3 ＜コーティング〜仕上げ＞
Coating a surfboard in Picture.
We'll adjust the strength of the board.
We’ll take out the superfluous resin, and shape the board.
お客様のご希望に合わせて仕上げていきます。
写真はラミネート（コーティング）中のものです。サーフボードの強度の調整もこの時に行います。ラミネート後のサンディング（最終仕上げ）では余分な樹脂を落とし、サーフボードの形状を整えて完成になります。
7. Complete!
完成！
Your order-made surfboard is ready.
オーダー通りのサーフボードが完成です！
8. Delivery schedule
ご納品
You can come to EVOLVE to get your new board. Or we deliver your board by a pay door-to-door service. We also advise you how to care your board when you receive it.
EVOLVEまで直接取りに来ていただくか、遠方のお客様には配送（配送料がかかります）も行っています。ご納品時にはモデルの特徴や使い方等アドバイスを行います。

10. After-purchase service
アフターケア
EVOLVE will always provide you any kinds of needs. For example, if your board get crushed or scratched, we will repair it. We also advise you anything about surfing when you need.
EVOLVEではお客様の大切なサーフボードのリペアやメンテナンスと、サーフィンアドバイスも行っております。大切なボードに傷が付いてしまった、クラッシュしてしまった、新しいボードを乗りこなすには？等、お気軽にご相談下さい。
